NICOLE CHARBONNEAU · BSc

FOUNDER / PRINCIPLE

Nicole “Nikki” Charbonneau brings over six years of experience in mineral development, working at the intersection of Indigenous communities, industry, and government. Throughout her career, she has led engagement initiatives, supported capacity-building programs, and managed resource revenue-sharing opportunities across Northern Ontario.

 

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Laurentian University, specializing in terrestrial ecology and land reclamation, and has worked across all stages of mineral development—from exploration to closure. Raised in the mining communities of Timmins and Sudbury, she combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and a relationship-focused approach to help projects move forward with clarity and confidence.
