NICOLE CHARBONNEAU

Founder / Principle

I founded Sigma Wolf Solutions because I believe successful resource development begins with strong relationships.

Raised in the mining communities of Timmins and Sudbury, Ontario, mining has been part of my life for more than 20 years. Over the past six years as a Mineral Development Advisor, I have worked at the intersection of Indigenous communities, industry, and government—leading engagement initiatives, supporting capacity-building programs, managing resource revenue-sharing opportunities, and helping navigate complex challenges throughout the mineral development lifecycle.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Laurentian University, specializing in terrestrial ecology and land reclamation, I have worked across all stages of mineral development—from exploration to closure. My approach is practical, grounded, and relationship-focused, helping organizations build trust, navigate complexity, and move projects forward with confidence.

Today, I live off-grid outside of Timmins, where a strong connection to the land continues to shape both my personal values and professional perspective.
